Gatewox is a journal about structure — architecture, engineering and the geometry that quietly holds things up.

A vertex is the point where edges meet and a structure decides whether it holds. We write about the load-bearing decisions in buildings, systems and objects, not just how they look.

Every piece starts from a real structure or system, not a rendering. When we praise a design, it is because the geometry does real work, not because it photographs symmetrically.

• Structure first. Symmetry has to be load-bearing, not decorative.
• Precision, not decoration. Every angle in our own pages means something.
• Built, not rendered. We write about things that exist.
